Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our instructors’ time, the following policy applies to all Pilates class bookings:

1. Cancellations

  • Early Cancellations (24+ hours notice)
    If you cancel your class at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may reschedule your class, subject to availability.
    Refunds will not be issued, even for early cancellations.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours notice)
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time are considered late cancellations. In this case, the full class fee will be charged, and the session will be deducted from your package or invoiced accordingly. No refunds or rescheduling is allowed for late cancellations.

2. No-Shows

If you do not attend a booked class and fail to cancel in advance, it will be classified as a no-show. No-shows are charged in full, and the session is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Usage Period

Class passes must be used within their designated validity period. Passes will not be extended due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for unused classes or early cancellations.
All bookings are final, and class credit may only be preserved through timely rescheduling (24+ hours notice required).

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

6. Agreement

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
